How is this different from drinkable yogurt?
While both are fermented dairy, kefir uses a more diverse mix of bacteria and yeasts, resulting in a tangier flavor, thinner consistency, and typically a broader spectrum of probiotic strains. It's also fermented for longer, which further breaks down lactose.
Is the sugar added or natural?
