↓ Full nutritionParents trust it for its advanced nutrient profile that closely mirrors breast milk, offering peace of mind. Its reliable mixability and consistent, mild flavor make feeding time smoother for both babies and caregivers.
The high sugar content (53g per 100g powder) is inherent to formula's carbohydrate source (lactose) but requires proper reconstitution to avoid excessive sweetness. As a dairy-based product, it is unsuitable for infants with confirmed cow's milk protein allergy or galactosemia. Always consult a pediatrician before use.
Enfamil Enspire was the first formula in the U.S. to include both MFGM (milk fat globule membrane) and lactoferrin, two proteins previously only available in breast milk.

How does it differ from regular milk?
It is a nutritionally complete, engineered food designed to meet an infant's specific needs, with added vitamins, minerals, and specialized proteins not present in regular cow's milk, which is unsafe for infants under 1 year.
Can I mix it with water from any source?
For safety, use safe, treated water (boiled and cooled, or bottled nursery water) to prepare formula. Tap water may contain contaminants or excessive minerals not suitable for infants.
Is the powder safe to taste?
While generally safe, the powder is not sterile. It's best to avoid tasting to prevent introducing bacteria. The risk is low but exists, especially for immunocompromised individuals.
NRF9.3 index — Fulgoni, Keast & Drewnowski, 2009. Computed from USDA nutrients.
Composite of energy density (Rolls et al., 1999), protein & fiber satiety, minus sugar. A calculated heuristic — ranks satiety-per-calorie, not a clinical measure.
Sodium-to-potassium ratio: 0.25 (lower is better — aim for ≤ 1)
