2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash and dry the berries. Slice strawberries if using.
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and honey until combined.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup yogurt mixture, then 2 tablespoons granola, then a handful of berries. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with berries on top.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
Tips
Use any fruit you like: sliced bananas, peaches, or mango work well.
For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
Parfaits can be assembled up to 4 hours ahead; keep refrigerated and add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
