Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins or whole almonds
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the raisins or almonds to the yogurt mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a fork, lift the coated raisins or almonds one by one, letting excess yogurt drip off, and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Serve frozen.
Tips
For a thicker coating, double the yogurt mixture and let the coated nuts or raisins sit in the fridge for 10 minutes before freezing.
These are best eaten straight from the freezer; they soften quickly at room temperature.
