Ingredients
4 frozen waffles (or homemade)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
Toast the waffles according to package directions until golden and crisp.
While waffles are toasting, wash and slice the berries if needed.
Place one waffle on a plate. Spread a layer of yogurt on top, then add a layer of berries.
Top with a second waffle, more yogurt, and berries. Repeat for the second stack.
Drizzle maple syrup over the top and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or granola between layers.
Use flavored yogurt like vanilla or honey for added sweetness.
If using homemade waffles, let them cool slightly before assembling to prevent sogginess.
