- 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread half the yogurt sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, carrots, sprouts, and feta (if using) evenly on the tortillas.
