- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup arugula or mixed greens
Instructions
- Spread one side of each bread slice with butter. On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.
- Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, bacon, and arugula on the cranberry-mayo slices. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
