  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared loaf pan and shape into an even loaf. In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients; spread half over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Spread remaining glaze over the top and continue baking for 10 more minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest in pan for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
