Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 20).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F), about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from skillet and serve hot.
Tips
For extra moisture, add 1 tablespoon of milk or yogurt to the mixture.
These meatballs can be baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead of pan-frying.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
