Ingredients
4 turkey breast cutlets (about 1 lb total)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Pat turkey cutlets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt.
Place cutlets in the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
Remove cutlets from skillet and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Tips
Pound cutlets to even thickness (about 1/4 inch) for uniform cooking.
Let cutlets rest for 3 minutes after cooking to retain juices.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
