Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced cooked turkey
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
3 cups cooked and cooled white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add turkey and frozen vegetables; cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are heated through.
Add rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until rice is well coated and heated.
