Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
8 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
Arrange 2 ounces of turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by 2 ounces of Swiss cheese slices. Top with a handful of spinach leaves.
Starting at one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up (or up to overnight).
When ready to serve, unwrap the rolls and trim off the uneven ends. Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Tips
For best results, use a serrated knife to slice the rolls cleanly.
These pinwheels can be made a day ahead; store wrapped in the refrigerator.
Add thinly sliced cucumber or roasted red peppers for extra crunch and flavor.
