- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
