- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
