- 2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained and flaked

Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and broth, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add cheddar cheese, and stir until melted and smooth.
