Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside, leaving drippings in pan.
Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until beef is browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream and eggs. Stir in cooked beef mixture, bacon, cheddar, and Parmesan until combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
