Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 ounces sliced roasted turkey
1/4 cup leftover stuffing
2 tablespoons leftover cranberry sauce
1 slice leftover pumpkin pie (optional)
1 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Layer turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and optional pie and cheese on top.
Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes. Flip carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the filling is heated through, about 2-3 minutes more.
Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
