Ingredients
3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
2 cups leftover stuffing
1 cup leftover green bean casserole or cooked green beans
1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup turkey gravy (or chicken broth)
1/2 cup crispy fried onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the shredded turkey evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Layer the stuffing over the turkey, then the green bean casserole or green beans.
Dollop the cranberry sauce over the green beans in spoonfuls.
Pour the gravy (or broth) evenly over the layers.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the top, covering completely.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
