  2. Thread beef cubes onto soaked skewers, dividing evenly.
  3. Brush skewers with vegetable oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill over high heat or broil, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes for medium.
  5. Brush teriyaki sauce onto skewers during the last 2 minutes of cooking, turning to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
