2 tablespoons loose black tea (or 4 tea bags)
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon evaporated milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add tea leaves or tea bags, remove from heat, and steep for 3-4 minutes.
Strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher or large measuring cup. Discard tea leaves.
Add condensed milk and evaporated milk (if using) to the tea. Stir to combine.
Pour the tea mixture back and forth between two large cups or mugs from a height of about 2 feet. Repeat 4-6 times until frothy.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
Tips
For a stronger tea, steep longer or use more tea leaves.
Use full-fat condensed milk for the creamiest texture.
