Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 tea bags (black, green, or herbal)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mixed berries (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, stir in honey or sugar until dissolved, then add lemon juice. Let cool to room temperature.
- If using berries, divide them evenly among popsicle molds.
- Pour the cooled tea mixture into the molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
