Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
1 cup refried beans
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Spread refried beans evenly over pizza crust.
Top with seasoned beef and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, olives, and green onions.
Slice and serve immediately.
