Ingredients
6 cups water, divided
4 family-size tea bags (or 8 regular tea bags)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
In a large pitcher, combine the sweet tea concentrate with the remaining 2 cups of water and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Tips
For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags for up to 10 minutes.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
