  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each pepper with the meat-cheese mixture, packing firmly but not overstuffing.
  4. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange stuffed peppers in a single layer. Top with remaining sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
