Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, snap peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Add cornstarch slurry, stir-fry for another minute until sauce thickens and coats vegetables.
- Serve immediately over steamed rice.
