- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and white pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
