Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients: ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and water.
Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low and let it simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.
Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
