1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Optional: 1/4 cup mixed berry juice for color and flavor
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine water, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
Add lemon juice, lime juice, and honey (and berry juice if using). Stir well to combine.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until the pops release easily.
Tips
For a lower-sugar version, use a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit, adjusting to taste.
Store ice pops in the freezer in a sealed bag or container for up to 2 weeks.
These pops are best enjoyed within a few days for optimal flavor.
