24 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil for vegan)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and salt. Stir in honey and melted butter until evenly coated.
Using a small spoon or your fingers, stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of the walnut mixture, pressing gently to fill the cavity.
