1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup mayonnaise

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the Louie dressing.
Divide chopped lettuce among four plates. Arrange shrimp, hard-boiled eggs, tomato wedges, avocado slices, and black olives on top.
Drizzle each salad with the Louie dressing. Serve immediately.
Tips
For best flavor, chill the shrimp and dressing before assembling.
Substitute crab or lobster for shrimp if desired.
