Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers. Do not stir.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Tips
For easier cutting, chill bars thoroughly before slicing.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for longer storage.
Variation: Use white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips in place of butterscotch.
