Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all seeds and salt. Add water and stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and gel-like.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet into a thin, even layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and score into desired cracker shapes or leave as a whole bread.
- Return to oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking apart.
