- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water; pat dry.
