Ingredients
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 lemon, halved
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 bay leaves
1 pound small red potatoes
4 ears corn, husked and halved
1 pound andouille sausage, sliced into 2-inch pieces
1 pound large shrimp, unpeeled
1 pound crab legs (snow or king), thawed if frozen
1/2 cup melted butter, for serving
Instructions
Fill a large stockpot with 4 quarts of water. Add Old Bay, salt, cayenne, lemon halves, garlic, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add corn and sausage; cook for 5 more minutes.
Add shrimp and crab legs; cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat. Drain well, discarding lemon and bay leaves.
Transfer the boil to a large platter or newspaper-lined table. Serve with melted butter for dipping.
