- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse chicken livers and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts and foams.
- Add garlic slices and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken livers in a single layer. Cook without moving for 2 minutes until browned.
