Ingredients
4 turkey wings (about 3 lbs total)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup chicken broth

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat turkey wings dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
Rub olive oil all over the wings, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over them.
Place wings in a single layer in a roasting pan or baking dish. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan (not over the wings).
Roast uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting with pan juices every 20 minutes, until skin is golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Tips
For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
Leftover wings can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
