Ingredients
1 cup rice bran
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water, plus more if needed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine rice bran, flour, salt, sugar, and sesame seeds if using.
Add oil and water; mix until a dough forms. If too dry, add water 1 teaspoon at a time.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 2 minutes until smooth.
Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
Place crackers on prepared baking sheet. Prick each with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Tips
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
For extra flavor, brush with soy sauce before baking.
