Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/4 cup Russian dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds if using.
