  1. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub all over pork shoulder.
  2. Place pork in a slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.
  3. Remove pork from slow cooker, shred with two forks. Discard excess fat.
  4. Pour out most of the cooking liquid, leaving about 1/2 cup. Return shredded pork to slow cooker, add barbecue sauce, and stir to coat. Keep warm.
  5. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Split slider buns and toast if desired. Pile pulled pork on bottom buns, top with coleslaw, and cover with top buns. Serve immediately.
