Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss pork with soy sauce and cornstarch; let marinate 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and chicken broth; set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned, about 2 minutes. Remove pork.
