Ingredients
1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces soft goat cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
Spread each crostini with about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese.
