Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Season pork slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil. Stir-fry garlic, onion, and bell peppers for 1 minute.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook for 1 minute.
- Return pork to the wok. Pour sauce over and stir-fry until sauce thickens and coats everything, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately over steamed rice.

- Use canned pineapple in juice if fresh is unavailable; drain well.
- For extra heat, add a sliced red chili with the garlic.
