Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough, at room temperature
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border on one long side.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with mini pepperoni.
Starting from the long side opposite the border, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Cut the log into 16 equal slices, about 1/2-inch thick.
Place rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
For a crispier bottom, bake on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
