- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Toss gently to coat.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared loaf pan, spreading evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and oregano. Brush over the top of the bread.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
