- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over sauce. Arrange pepperoni slices on top.
- Starting from a long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.
- Place the log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
