Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1/2 cup warm water (110°F)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside.
Roll dough on floured surface into a 12-inch circle, about 1/8-inch thick. Transfer to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Scatter crumbled sausage and pepperoni slices over cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan and oregano.
Slide pizza onto preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool 2 minutes, slice, and serve.
Tips
For extra crispiness, par-bake the crust for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
Use a pizza stone for best results; if unavailable, a preheated baking sheet works well.
Leftover pizza can be reheated in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes.
