Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts (if using) until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
