2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, mashed bananas, honey, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if using.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
