Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps (optional)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup, or to taste
- 2 cups peach nectar
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, peach schnapps (if using), simple syrup, peach nectar, and mango nectar. Stir well.
- Add the sliced peaches, diced mango, and orange slices. Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
- Serve over ice, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.
Tips
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute white wine with white grape juice and omit brandy and schnapps.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but add sparkling water just before serving.
