Ingredients
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup bite-sized cheese crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a very large bowl, combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, pretzels, nuts, and cheese crackers.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry and crisp.
Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
